PURPOSE:To improve fan service and the management of premises by receiving an alarm data and raising an alarm, when the voting clos time is drawn near, warning to the voter that the closing is near at hand, dissolving the confusion of the voting ticket selling window, and eliminating the omission of purchase of a voting ticket. CONSTITUTION:A dividend rate data and an alarm data transmitted from a central managing device are received by a radio receiving part 11 of a portable receiver 10, and thereafter, brought to parallel conversion by a series-parallel converter 12. A control part 13 identifies whether the received contents are the dividend rate data or the alarm data, and in case of the dividend rate data, it is stored in the storage area concerned of a RAM18. On the other hand, if the received contents are the alarm data, a buzzer 16 is sounded in accordance with its detection, and by its buzzer sound, it is warned that the voting close time is near at hand. |
