PURPOSE:To eliminate the non-adhered part of a coating solution and to prevent the remaining of a mark at the time of movement, by feeding a base plate in a state suspended from a hanger. CONSTITUTION:A base plate is suspended from the hooking metal jig of a hanger 9 to be mounted to a feed apparatus 8. The hanger 9 mounted to the feed apparatus 8 is sent to a transfer apparatus 10 and transferred to a spray chamber 4 by 90 deg.C-rotation feed. The hanger 9 is raised in a state engaged with a cylinder 11 within the spray chamber 4 and passed between sprayers 3 to spray a coating solution to the base plate. Thereafter, the base plate is again mounted to the transfer 10 by the falling of the cylinder 11 and rotated by 90 deg. to be transferred to a movement apparatus 12 and passed through a drying chamber 5 to be sent to a receiving apparatus 14 by a rotary apparatus 13.
