IMPACT-AND WEATHER-RESISTANT RESIN COMPOSITION HAVING EXCELLENT COLOR FORMING ABILITY AND THERMAL DECOMPOSITION RESISTANCE

PURPOSE:To provide the titled resin compsn. consisting of a non-diene rubber- reinforced resin and a terpolymer. CONSTITUTION:A resin compsn. consists of a graft polymer (A) obtd. by grafting an arom. vinyl compd. (e.g. styrene) and a vinyl cyanide compd. (e.g. acrylonitrile) onto a non-diene rubber (e.g. ethylene/propylene copolymer) and a terpolymer (B) composed of 3-65wt% arom. vinyl compd., 2-50wt% vinyl cyanide compd. and 20-95wt% alkyl unsaturated carboxylate (e.g. methyl methacrylate). The resin compsn. has excellent color forming ability and resistance to thermal decomposition and weather.
