PURPOSE:To make the remote-controlled image pickup easy by using one extension cable. CONSTITUTION:In case of the remote-controlled picking-up with the separated camera body 11 off the personnel, the body 11 and handgrip 16 are separated. The camera terminal 15 and the handgrip 20 are connected by an extension cable, while the view finder 24 is mounted on the upper place of handgrip 16. When the camera body 11 is separated from the handgrip 16, a detecting switch 36 detects the separation, and a power supplying circuit 35 rises the voltage to supply the body 11 to compensate the voltage drop due to the extension cable.
