摘要 PURPOSE:To contrive to improve the piezoelectric characteristics of a composite piezoelectric material by a method wherein a macromolecular solution, wherein piezoelectric ceramic powder is made to disperse, is cast on the substrate, the solvent in the solution is made to evaporate, an electric field is impressed on the composite material filmy matter, which is formed in a film form from the macromolecular solution, and the filmy matter is polarized. CONSTITUTION:A macromolecular material is solved in a solvent to prepare a macromolecular solution and piezoelectric ceramic powder is added to the solution and is made to disperse in the solution using a ball mill. Then, after a vacuum is performed, the macromolecular solution is cast on a glass and is made to dry. After that, the composite material filmy matter, which is formed in a film form from the macromolecular solution, is peeled off from the glass plate, an electrode is respectively formed on both faces of the composite material filmy matter, the filmy matter is dipped into a silicone oil, an electric field is impressed on the filmy matter and the composite material filmy matter is polarized. By this way, the filling amount of the piezoelectric ceramic powder is increased, thereby enabling to form the macromolecular solution into a film form and to improve the piezoelectric characteristics of the composite piezoelectric material.
