PURPOSE:To obtain the titled food having delicious and rich taste and flavor, with little degradation of the raw material, by sandwiching a fish paste product or meat product with incised cuttlefish meat, and bonding with each other. CONSTITUTION:A boiled and skinned cuttlefish is incised, seasoned, smoked, stretched, and if necessary sliced to halve the thickness. The resultant processed cuttlefish meat 101-4 is scattered with albumen powder as a binder. A fish paste product 2 having a thickness of 0.5-1cm or a meat product 2 sliced to the thickness is sandwiched with a pair of the cuttlefish meat sheets, put into a heat-resistant vacuum packaging bag, bonded with each other in vacuum with a vacuum packaging apparatus, and heated at about 90 deg.C for about 30min to complete the bonding. |
