<p>PURPOSE:To prevent the lowering in a receiving signal level due to roving and to detect a target without bringing about the increase in the generation of a dummy target or fruit, by lowering the STC level only of an estimated object position region (raising the gain of a receiver). CONSTITUTION:Tracking estimation gate information is tanken in the tracking estimated position information input circuit 3 of a secondary surveillance radar apparatus 1 from a target tracking apparatus 2 and tracking estimation gate information is written in a tracking estimated position information memory circuit 4 and STC gain control is performed on the basis of tracking estimated position information by a STC level control circuit 5. Because the gain of a receiver is increased only in a region where a secondary radar target is esti mated to be present, the lowering in the number of hits due to the lowering in a receiving signal level caused by the roving of an antenna pattern can be improved.</p> |
