PURPOSE:To realize a small-size preset type automatic equalizer of high equalizing capacity by connecting some circuits additionally to an echo canceler. CONSTITUTION:The device is constituted by connecting a training controlling circuit 5 and a training signal generating circuit 6 additionally to an echo canceler 10. When sending pulse of the training controlling circuit 5 falls, an adaptation controlling circuit 14 of the echo canceler stops correction of tap coefficient correspondingly, and the training signal generating circuit 6 generates a zero signal and sends it to a terminal 2 as a signal (y). Responding to this, a signal made by reversing polarity of a signal y' made by equalizing a signal (x) is sent to a terminal 3 as a signal (e). The echo canceler 10 operates as an equalizer that makes a terminal 1 an input end and makes the terminal 3 an output end. |
