PURPOSE:To reduce the equipment cost and to increase the workability by allowing to contact a conductive pressure backing plate with a pressure backing electrode and allowing to contact a metal face of a metal laminated plate with the pressure backing plate via a conductive auxiliary block. CONSTITUTION:A pressure backing plate 3 is formed by the material of high conductive steel, etc. and touched electrically and mechanically respectively on a pressure backing electrode 2 and the finish treated face 7 of surface finish treated plate 6. The auxiliary pressing block 4 to touch electrically on the metal face having conductivity of the plate 6 and to touch the rising part of the pressure backing plate 3 is arranged. The electrification of a spot welder is performed with this composition by touching the metal face of the plate 6 and a body 5 to be welded by a movable electrode 1. Because of the diversion of conventional spot welder being enabled with this method, the equipment cost is reduced and the workability is further improved by the simplification of work. |
