PURPOSE:To prevent missing of a bearing and lowerness of bearing performance by filling bubbles exposed on the surface on a bearing formed by ceramics with material except ceramic. CONSTITUTION:3 tilting pads 11 are disposed around a rotary shaft 10 at an equal interval. The tilting pad 11 is supported by global faces of a fixed pivot 12 and a movable pivot 13, and is rotatable with the global faces as an axis. The fixed pivot 12 is fixed to a housing 20 with a screw and the movable pivot 13 is supported softly by a preload spring 14. And the tilting pad 11 is formed by ceramics, and bubbles 30 on the tilting pad 11 are filled with material except ceramics, such as ethyrene quadfluoride or tin-lead alloy.
