PURPOSE:To enable to work at low voltage and enlarge undistorted maximum amplitude by obtaining inverted and non-inverted output signal by providing a differential circuit and a current mirror circuit. CONSTITUTION:An amplifier circuit is constituted by supplying signal voltage to the first signal input terminal 31, connecting a load circuit between the second signal input terminal 32 and an earth potential impressing point and providing the third differential circuit 63 and the fourth current mirror circuit 64 for two circuits respectively. That is, voltage of an input signal voltage source 72 is supplied to the first signal input terminal 31 through an input coupling condenser 71, and a load circuit 75 consisting of series connected resistance 73 and a capacitor 74 is connected between the second signal input terminal 32 and an earth potential applying point.
