PURPOSE:To discharge easily a product of laminated iron-core out of a die by advancing downward a slider along the supporting surface of a slider base by a push-out means,when the prescribed amounts of iron-core thin-sheets are blanked out, and jetting air against the laminated iron-core products mounted on the slider. CONSTITUTION:The titled device is provided with the following items A and B; A: a push-out means consisting of a slider 3 for supporting laminated iron- core products, blanked into a die 2 and caulked, from their under side, a slide base 4 for supporting the slider 3 from the underside by its upper surface 42 slanted downward, a piston pin 13 for advancing downward the slider 3 along the supporting surface 42 of slider base 4 when the prescribed amounts of iron- core thin-sheets 100a are blanked, a double-threaded knuckle 12, a piston11 and an air cylinder 10, B: an air hole 15 for discharging the laminated iron-core product 100, mounted on the slider 3 and moved with the downward advance of slider 3, to the outside of die 2 by jetting air against the product 100. |
