PURPOSE:To attain to conserve a time and labor while obtaining accurate data, by integrating a test dryer and a hulling control apparatus and organically connecting the integrated one to a control/operation apparatus and a printer. CONSTITUTION:The unhulled rice sample in an unhulled rice box 3 is dried while recirculated in a test dryer A and, if the moisture thereof is lowered to a set value, a piston 6 is operated to discharge unhulled rice in an unhulled rice box 3. The unhulled rice sample is weighed and receives the measurement of moisture in a hopper 15 and a shutter 9 is opened in synchronous relation to a recirculation speed and the unhulled rice sample is replenished from a chute 14. The unhulled rice discharged from the unhulled rice box 3' is threshed by a huller 7 and sorted by a fan 18 and a grain flow plate while unpolished rice is sent to a sorting apparatus 8 to be stored into polished rice and crushed rice. A control/operation apparatus 12 controls the apparatus and measures moisture by moisture measuring devices 1, 5, a wt. by weighing devices 10, 11, 16 and gradeby image sensors 19, 20 and allows a printer 13 to print data. |
