<p>PURPOSE:To obtain the wound core through-type current transformer of small variation of error, that is, small increase of exiting current in a state where bath of the terminal surfaces of core are clamped, by pressing the surfaces to reduce their ruggedness. CONSTITUTION:The ruggedness on the terminal surfaces 101 and 102 of the wound core 1 is reduced by pressing. After pressing, the wound core are annealed and then the secondary coil 3 is wound. The ruggedness on the terminal surfaces 101 and 102 of each silicon steel tape can be reduced less than 0.1mm in average by pressing the terminal surfaces 101 and 102 of the wound core 1. The reduction of the ruggedness on the terminal surfaces by pressing the terminal surfaces 101 and 102 of the wound core 1 makes the increase of exiting current small and consequently the variation of errors of the current transformer becomes small.</p> |
