摘要 |
PURPOSE:To reduce the height from a body to be detected and to increase the ratio of piping flaw detection application by running a driving device along a track flank. CONSTITUTION:A driving pinion 24 is rotated by the motor built in the driving device having a probe 16 to drive the flank of a track 15 fitted to the outer periphery of the body to be detected having a weld zone 8 in engagement with a rack, and it runs in the peripheral direction of the body 1 to be detected under the guidance of guide rollers 21a and 21b. The probe 16 scans in the axial direction of the body 1 to be detected under the guidance of a slide bar 8 by being driven by a ball screw 19 to which the rotation of the motor is transmitted. Air is sent to an air cylinder 17 to press the probe 16 against the body 1 to be detected. An arm 25b is pressed to fit the guide roller 21b to the track 15. |
