PURPOSE:To produce a sufficient catalyst reaction with gas and improve a gas consumption efficiency against a heating amount by a method wherein catalysts are arranged in a double structure, non-reactioned gas which is not completely reactioned at an inner cylindrical catalyst is reactioned with an outer cylindrical catalyst. CONSTITUTION:An outer cylindrical catalyst 6 is arranged at an outer circumference of an inner cylindrical catalyst 5 with a specified space thereto. Gas injected from a gas nozzle 2 is reactioned at first with the inner cylindrical catalyst 5 through gas burner 3, the non-reactioned gas absorbs air at space between it and the outer cylindrical catalyst 6 and a complete catalyst combustion can substantially be performed with the outer cylindrical catalyst 6. Due to a sufficient reaction of gas with catalyst, a gas consumption efficiency is made superior and a feeding of one time with gas enables a use of gas to be carried out for a long period of time, resulting in enabling a prevention of filled condition of the non-reactioned gas and further a quite safe and valuable unit can be attained. |
