<p>PURPOSE:To improve stabilization of the characteristics and insulating properties and reliability so as to obtain a predetermined core gap by using an adhesive agent contraining spheres made of non-magnetic material such as glass as a core gap material. CONSTITUTION:A sphere 6 is overlapped with an adhesive agent 7. When a load W1 is applied down to a sphere 6A, loads W2, W3 are applied to spheres 6B, 6C so that the spheres 6B, 6C move horizontally to make a horizontal row. The dimension of the core gap becomes almost equal to the diameter of the sphere 6 and fixed. The adhesive agent 7 is used to fix the sphere 6 not to scatter, but the core 2 can be fixed when the adhesive agent 7 which is hardened in a short time, thereby enables to omit a fastener 4 of the core.</p> |
