发明名称 LASER BEAM MACHINING METHOD
摘要 PURPOSE:To attain a continuous operation for a long period by emitting intermittent laser beams shifted their cycle each other from plural laser emitting devices and leading the beams collected into an optical path to a laser beam machine through a control mirror. CONSTITUTION:Plural laser emitting devices 1, 2, and 3 radiate laser beams L1, L2, and L3, respectively. The laser beams L1-L3 are shifted their cycle each other, are radiated intermittently, and are composited into a continuous laser beam Lt through the control mirror 7. The continuous laser beam Lt enters a machining head 9 through a polarizing mirror 8 and machines a work 11. A large power output is obtained by synthesizing the beams through the mirror 7 even if each emitting device has a small capacity. Furthermore, a continuous operation can be performed and machining efficiency is increased because of small heat generation.
