PURPOSE:To realize smooth operation of the captioned implement, equipped with a pressurized gas supply valve and a viscous agent extraction control valve in linkage with each other, by connecting said control valve to a lever by a flexible cable and putting the extraction control valve in opening motion by means of a pulling motion of said cable. CONSTITUTION:The back part of a cylinder P filled with viscous agent is in communication with a pressurized gas source 21 through a pressurized gas supply valve 31 in order to apply the pressure on the viscous agent. On the other hand, a control valve 53 controlling extraction of the viscous agent is provided in a part which leads to the exit nozzle 55 of said cylinder P. Said control valve is connected to an operational lever 29 by a flexible cable 73, while the gas supply valve 31 is connected to the lever 29 by a connecting rod 27 so that both valves and he lever are formed so as to be in linkage with each other. Since the control valve is opened through pulling motion of the flexible cable due to operation of the lever, the captioned implement can be operated smoothly.
