摘要 PURPOSE:To reduce the size of a device and rotation inertia and to improve the responsiveness and accuracy of control by adopting a motor drive for the mold opening and closing, injection operation, screw rotating motion, etc. of an injection molding machine and using a revolving shaft for driving the operation as a rotor of an electric motor. CONSTITUTION:A screw 11l provided in a heating cylinder 12 is fixed to a driving shaft 13 provided with a rotor 24 and is rotated via a stator coil 25 to heat and melt a raw material for injection and to feed the material to the top end of the cylinder 12. On the other hand, a moving die plate 27 mounted with a mold 29 on the front face is advanced by rotating a nut 31 provided to a rotor 32 meshed with a screw shaft 30 fixed to the rear side of said plate via a stator coil 34 so that the mold 29 is joined to a mold 28 mounted to a stationary die plate 26 at a joint surface A. The molds are thus mated. The screw 11 is then advanced together with a nut 20 meshed with a stator coil 19 and a slide box 21 by rotating a ball screw 16 provided with a rotor 17 via the shaft 13 by means of the stator coil 19 by which the injection material is injection-molded into the molds. The above-mentioned operations are executed by the programmed torque control of the motor.
