The object of the invention relates to the general technical sphere of pumping devices. It comprises a tubular body 1 in which a second tubular body 2 is fitted with the ability to slide; inside the second body 2 an operating element 3 is axially mounted with freedom to slide and having at its end a piston 4 capable of acting in concert with the bore of the body 1, in such a way that as a function of the variable height position of the tubular body 2 inside the body 1, the piston 4 lies at a certain distance from a nozzle formed in the base of the female body 1 to correspond to the quantity of liquid desired, which is drawn by suction into a chamber 1b of the body 1, resulting from the relative position of the said elements 1 and 2. <IMAGE>
