HOT WATER IMPREGNATION CURING METHOD OF INORGANIC ZINC-ENRICHED PAINT

PURPOSE:To accelerate the curing of coated film and also to make hydro- extraction excellent by impregnating the material to be coated wherein the inorganic zinc-enriched paint has been coated thereon into hot water. CONSTITUTION:After coating the inorganic zinc-enriched paint 2 which consists of a large quantity of zinc powder and a small quantity of ethyl silicic acid as a binder of the material to be coated, the material is impregnated into hot water 3 to accelerate the curing of the coated film. Thereby the curing of the coated film 2 is accelerated and furthermore the hydro-extraction of the material to be coated is made excellent owing to hot water.
