<p>PURPOSE:To construct a structure to make cells easily movable, not to let the growth of the cells be suppressed, and not to crush the cells to death, by producing a structure wherein the section of part into which the plant cells are packed is gradually enlarged toward the upper part. CONSTITUTION:In a culture device wherein plant cells are cultivated with a culture solution sprayed from the upper part in the culture tank 1, at least part, of a culture tank or the receiver 2 attached to the culture tank, into which the cells are packed, has a shape wherein its section is gradually enlarged toward the upper part. Namely, since the wall face of the part has function to support the cells, the action on the cells at the lower part of wall face is weakened, and the cells are relatively easily movable toward the upper part, the cells at the lower layer part are also easily movable. Consequentently, the growth of the whole cells is promoted, and death caused by pushing and crushing of the cells each other is lessened.</p> |
