Connecting apparatus for dismantleable framework structures

A description is given of an apparatus for connecting framework structures comprising tie bars and beams running transversely thereto, the tie bars each having at one end a fixed gusset plate and, at the other end, a releasible gusset plate, these plates having cutouts. Furthermore, in each case at least one hook is arranged respectively on the upper chord and lower chord of the beams, which hooks, oriented in opposite directions with respect to one another, engage through the cutouts. Locking means are provided which clamp the beams, for which purpose there is arranged in the hooks engaging through the cutouts of the fixed gusset plates a penetration through which a wedge-shaped connecting means bracing the gusset plate against the beams can be pushed. In addition, an axially directed threaded bore is provided in the free end of the tie bar, into which bore a screw (6) engaging through the releasible, perforated gusset plate is screwed. In order to reduce the material outlay of the connecting apparatus according to the invention, the beams (7, 8) are supported by means of their upper cords (11) on a tie-bar end wall (3) and are clamped between the latter and the releasible gusset plate (6). <IMAGE>
