PURPOSE:To enable a water blocking door or the like in a tunnel to be quickly securely closed by making a portion of a rigid electric-car line laid in a subway of a movable system rigid one movable automatically longitudinally along a fixed guide. CONSTITUTION:In a tunnel 1 capable of being screened by a screen door 6 in a disaster is installed, a movable system rigid electric-car line 11 extending parallel to an rigid electric-car line 5 is installed at a position in which the door 6 is opened and closed in the tunnel 1. Said electric-car line 11 hangs and supports rollable rollers 125, 126 at both sides of a fixed guide 24 through an insulator 115 from a support section 12 provided on the upper portion, the support section 12 being moved longitudinally by the rotation of a pinion gear 217 meshing with a rack 22 fixed to the side of the support section. And the pinion gear 217 is rotated by a drive unit 20 including a motor through a transmission mechanism 21 consisting of a link 215 and others.
