PURPOSE:To avoid engine stall for improvement of controlability by installing a means for changing control gain minimum value which diminishes the minimum value of feedback controller's control gain according to the increase in number of learning correction of a learning corrector. CONSTITUTION:A learning corrector 34 is installed to correct by learning the correction range of increase in idle speed of a load corrector 33, on the basis of control gain of a feedback controller 31. A control gain minimum value corrector 35 lowers the minimum value of the feedback controller's 31 control gain according to the increase in number of learning correction. Thus, engine stall attributable to increase in the engine's load can be avoided to improve controlability.
