<p>PURPOSE:To prevent the squeak due to the friction between a rubber member and paper sheet by mixing the cork particles by a specific wt% into the composition containing oil-resisting rubber as main component and allowing a portion of the cork particles to be exposed onto the surface. CONSTITUTION:A rubber member 2 for preventing double feed in a paper feeding apparatus is arranged oppositely to a paper feeding roller, etc. In this case, the rubber member 2 is prepared by mixing the cork particles 3 by about 10- 50wt% with respect to the total weight of the composition consisting of oil- resisting rubber as main component. The cork particles 3 are buried so that a portion is exposed. Urethane rubber, etc. are used as the oil-resisting rubber, and the particle size of the cork particle 3 is 10-80 mesh, and the hardness of the composition is within a range of 50-80 deg. in JIS-A. Therefore, the squeak due to the friction between the rubber member 2 and paper sheet can be prevented.</p> |
