发明名称 ORIENTED SILICON STEEL SHEET WITH LOW IRON LOSS
摘要 PURPOSE:To prevent the worsening of the iron loss even if the anealing is performed to remove the distortion, by making the crystalline particles of a steel sheet consist of regular Goss Particles and (h k o) (001) oriented crystalline particles. CONSTITUTION:The crystalline particles of a steel sheet consist of Goss oriented crystalline particle group and the fine (h k o) (001) oriented crystalline particle group with crystalline particle diameter of less than 3mm. By doing this, the iron loss is substantially reduced when the area ratio of the (h k o) (001) oriented crystalline particle group is 2-50%. If the diameter of the (h k o) (001) directional crystalline particle group approaches the size of Goss particle, surpassing 3mm, there will be no effect of reducing the iron loss any more even if the steel sheet is configured with Goss particles and (h k o) (001) oriented crystalline particles.
