PURPOSE:A hollow mold is filled with ingredients for the core stuff and frozen, then, the boundary surface between the outer surface of the core stuff and the inner surface of the mold is partially thawed to allow the stuff slide out of the mold whereby the title core stuff is simply prepared. CONSTITUTION:A cylinder mold 2 for the core stuff with prescribed dimensions is made of a metal with high thermal conductivity and the mold is filled with ingredients for the core stuff. Then, the filled mold is frozen, then partially thawed in the interface between the inner surface of the mold and the outer surface of the core stuff. The cylinder mold 2 is inclined to allow the core stuff slide out of the mold. Thus, the stuff for, e.g., sea tangle rolls can be readily prepared. |
