<p>PURPOSE:To reduce installation cost of a device and to reduce heat loss by connecting functional sections such as two regenerators and heat exchangers with each other organically so as to arrange the flow of fluid and heat corresponding to the regulated function. CONSTITUTION:A cell 7 having a wall surface with a low heat conductivity and a heating source 9 in the inside is provided to the inside of a cylindrical cell 5 having a wall surface with high heat conductivity, interposing an almost uniform space 6. Further, a cylindrical closed vessel 13 having a wall surface with a high heat conductivity is provided to the outside of the cell 5 interposing an almost space 11. As the result, a high temp. section is arranged to the center, heat transmission is proceeded in the layered section enclosing the high temp. section, and a low temp. section is arranged to the outermost periphery. Therefore, the heat can escape as heat loss through only the outermost wall surface. Accordingly, the heat efficiency of the device is high; the device is compact without useless space as a whole. Thus, the installation cost of the device is reduced.</p> |
