PURPOSE:To contrive to improve the accuracy of servocontrol in an injection device by operating the servovalve by the feed forword command obtained by reverse characteristic operation, and by causing the compensator by a closed loop to actuate. CONSTITUTION:A screw 1 connected to a rod 6 is moved in axial direction by the oil pressure of an oil cylinder 5 by way of the piston 4 in a screw cylinder 2. An electric-oil servovalve 13 is connected to the cylinder 5, and pressured oil is suitably supplied to the oil cylinder 5 from an oil pressure source 14 by the signal from a servoamplifier 15. The servoamplifier 15 is operated by the composite signal e6 of feed forward signal e4 generated from a feed forword signal generator 16. Accordingly, in addition to the speed compensator by a conventional closed loop, the servovalve may be operated by the feed forword command obtained by the reverse characteristic operation of the system, thereby enabling high accurate injection control can be achieved. |
