PURPOSE:To obtain a multifunctional element operating at cryogenic temperature by using a film having superlattice structure in which two pairs of superconductors and normal conductors are laminated. CONSTITUTION:A superconductive multilayer film having superlattice structure in which at least two pairs of superconductors and normal conductors are laminated. That is, an electro-device consisting of gold formed in thickness of 10Angstrom as good conductors 1 and Ge shaped in thickness of 13Angstrom as semiconductors 2 is employed. Accordingly, the electro-device, which has specific current-voltage characteristics containing electromotive force action as an active function and negative resistance (negative conductance) action as a passive function and can be used for the application of the kinds of various sensors, a power supply source, an electronic element, etc. having properties, in which these characteristics change while depending upon physical parameters, such as a temperature, a magnetic field, beams, radio waves, etc., is acquired. |
