PURPOSE:To easily and securely hold the insulating material within the window and the insulation wall in the specified position without using adhesives and adhesive tapes by a method wherein the insulating material within the window bent at more than one section is held between the upper and lower yoke iron plates and coils, and the upper and lower ends of this insulation wall is connected to this insulation material within the window. CONSTITUTION:The insulation material within the window 7 is going to spread in the upper and lower directions between the yoke iron plates 4 and 4' and the coils 5 and 5' by the elastic repulsion power at the bent sections 7b and 7c, and the upper and lower bent ends 8a and 8b on the insulation wall 8 are inserted into the space inside of the spread insulating material within the window 7 through the opening 7a, with the shape of wedges. When the lamination of the iron core is completed, then the insulating material within the window 7 is held between the yoke iron plates 4 and 4' and the coils 5 and 5' by the elastic, repulsive power at the bent sections 7b and 7c, and the insulation wall 8 is held being connected to the insulation material within the window 7 at the upper and lower bent sections 8a and 8b that have been inserted into the space inside of the insulating material within the window 7. |
