PURPOSE:To improve atomization into a fine particle of fuel and metering accuracy of its injection quantity, by providing in the downstream of a seat pat in a nozzle a fuel flow divider element, slits generating turning force and a turning force generating element having an orifice equalizing an atomized shape of fuel. CONSTITUTION:Fuel, being allowed to flow in the center part of a core 3 and in a clearance between a nozzle 5 and a rod 6, is supplied to a seat part 11. The seat part 11 provides in its downstream a fuel flow divider element 501 equipping a plurality of fuel passages 504, plural slits 505 for giving turning force to fuel and a turning force generating element 502 equipping an orifice equalizing an atomized shape of fuel. In this way, an injection valve, being excellent in atomization of fuel into a fine particle, enhances metering accuracy of an injection quantity of the fuel.
