<p>PURPOSE:The titled film that is composed of a urethane polymer containing specific zeolite solid particles bearing metal ions with fungicidal activity by ion exhange, thus being suitable for use as tapes for wrapping injuries or as a film for preventing leak in sanitary bands. CONSTITUTION:Zeolite solid particles with a specific surface area over 150m<2>/g and a SiO2/Al2O3 molar ratio less than 14 such as A-type zeolite, X-type zeolite, Y-type zeolite or mordenite are allowed to hold metal ions having bactericidal action, at least one selected from siliver, copper and zinc by ion exchange. Then, 0.01-50wt%, preferably 0.05-40wt% of the zeolite particles are added to a polyurethane and the composition is made into a film. Or zeolite solid particles, before ion exchange, are mixed with polyurethane, formed into a film, then ion exchange is effected to allow the film to bear the metal ions.</p> |
