发明名称 EFFERVESCENT DRINK COMPOSITION
摘要 Powdered, effervescent, water-soluble, non-hygroscopic compsn. (A) is prepd. by first dissolving in water (a) sucrose or its deriv. and (b) a polysaccharide (II), and opt. an amino acid or polypeptide (mixt.) (III), both (II) and (III) being soluble in water but insoluble or only partly soluble in EtOH. EtOH is gradually stirred into the soln. at slightly below the amt. needed to initiate formation of gels, micelles or flakes and the mixt. allowed to stand for at least 1 hr. at about 50 deg. C in an air-tight container. The liq. mixt. is then used to separately coat or impregnate particulate components which, in presence of water, will generate a gas. These components are separately dried and mixed in the required proportions. (A) are themselves claimed.
