PURPOSE:To prevent the occurrence of strain of the outer plate of a car body due to the fluctuation of a fly base, by a method wherein the fly base is divided into 2 base pats which are respectively coupled to the outer and the inner plate of the car body, and the overlapping margin parts of the base parts are joined with each other by means of industrial adhesive. CONSTITUTION:A fuel feed port 7, closed with an openable lid 5, is formed in a car body outer plate 1. The one end 13 of a fly base 11 is welded at P to an opening flange 9 of the fuel feed port 7. Meanwhile, a bottom part 15, forming the other end of the fly base 11, is welded at P to a car body inner plate 3. In which case, the fly base 11 is divided into a base part 23 coupled to the opening flange 9 and a base part 25 coupled to the car body inner plate 3, and overlapping margin parts l of the base parts 23 and 25 are coupled together by means of industrial adhesive 27. This, even if a fluctuation in a finish size of the fly base 11 based on a mounting size H occurs, enables prevention of the occurrence of strain of the car body outer plate 1 through absorption of a fluctuation by means of the overlapping marging parts l. |
