PURPOSE:Eggs of sea urchins is combined with ground fish meat and the mixture is roasted on an iron plate for drying to give a solid roasted urchin eggs which can be served as a snack, too. CONSTITUTION:Eggs of sea urchins are kneaded together with 5-15wt% of ground fish meat by grinding, further combined with sea urchin eggs, seasonings and other additives, then they are thoroughly mixed and roasted to give roasted urchin eggs. Then, the roasted urchin eggs are stood one overnight to stabilize its taste and an appropriate amount of the eggs are extended in about 10-20cm diameter in 1-3mm thickness and rasted on an iron plate for about 5min. Then, the product is dried at about 100 deg.C for some 30min in a drier. |
