PURPOSE:To reduce power loss by flowing an exciting current from a reverse phase exciting coil when an excitation switch is opened. CONSTITUTION:When a transistor 202 is turned OFF, a current flowed to an A-phase exciting coil 208 at this time continues to flow as it is due to the inductance of the coil, thereby conducting a diode 207. Thus, the current flows in the circuit of the coil 208, a transistor 213, an earth, the diode 207, a B-phase exciting coil 209 and the coil 208. Thus, when the transistor 202 is turned OFF, an exciting current is flowed from the reverse phase exciting coil to reduce power loss. |
