PURPOSE:To improve the production yield by forming notches or plural holes on connector lines of a mechanical filter where prescribed positions of one constantly elastic metallic plates of plural piezoelectric oscillators are connected by connector lines and a supporting line. CONSTITUTION:One constantly elastic metallic plates of piezoelectric oscillators 1 and 6, connector lines 91, and a supporting line 92 are formed by etching or press work of one constantly elastic metallic plate, and in this case, connector lines 91 are formed with a width slightly wider than a logical value. Connector lines are formed with a slightly larger diameter in case of circular connector lines 4 and are formed with a slightly wider width in case of plate-shaped connector lines 91 on a basis of the logical value, and circular holes 10, notches 11, or angular holes 12 are formed by a laser or the like until a desired filter characteristic is obtained. In this mechanical filter, a width W of connector lines is normally about 0.2-0.5mm though it is different by the desired filter characteristic, distances from junction positions to the center part in the lengthwise direction of piezoelectric oscillators 1 and 6, the thickness of the plate formed to connector lines, etc. |
