PURPOSE:To prevent a beat noise and to dispense with frame of a transformer with which a magnetic shield plate is covered, by mechanically fixing an iron core and a magnetic shield plate. CONSTITUTION:The circumference of an iron core 2 on whose center the coil 1 is wound is covered with a magnetic field plate 6. The fixture for welding 7 is attached on the bottom of the iron core 2, and they are applied pressure from the direction of the arrow A. Then, the iron core 2 and the magnetic shield plate 6 are fixed on the fixture for welding 7 by welding the position where the iron core 2, magnetic shield plate 6, and the mixture for welding 7 contact each other. Further, to preventing the excitation of the magnetic shield plate 6, the section b of the magnetic shield is spot-welded on the iron core 2 from upside, and the section c of the magnetic shield 6 is spot-welded on the iron core 2 with its end plane so as to fix the magnetic shield plate 6 on the iron core 2, thereby preventing the beat noise due to the excitation. |
