PURPOSE:To obtain the titled moldable composite having high electrical conductivity, by impregnating an oxidizing agent in thermoplastic resin particles, and dispersing the particles under the introduction of oxygen in a solution prepared by dissolving a 5-membered heterocyclic compound in a solvent which is a non-solvent of said oxidizing agent and said thermoplastic resin particle. CONSTITUTION:The objective composite composed of a thermoplastic resin and a 5-membered heterocyclic compound polymer (preferably a thermoplastic resin copolymerized with a 5-membered heterocyclic compound at a weight ratio of 0.05-2) is produced by dispersing the particles of a thermoplastic resin (e.g. polyethylene) impregnated with an oxidizing agent (preferably ferric chloride, etc.) under the introduction of oxygen in a solution prepared by dissolving a 5-membered heterocyclic compound (preferably pyrrole, etc.) in a solvent which is essentially a non-solvent of said oxidizing agent and said thermoplastic resin particle.
