PURPOSE:OKONOMIYAKI is previously cooked and wrapped and stored under previous heating, then it is roasted on an iron plate, when served, to enable prompt service of OKONOMIYAKI in a short time when a customer orders. CONSTITUTION:OKONOMIYAKI is roasted according to a usual mass-production method, the products are packaged and frozen or refrigerated. An estimated amount of OKONOMIYAKI to be served is previously heated in a water bath at a temperature of 80-100 deg.C, when it is ordered, they are taken out of the package and roasted on an iron plate again in a short time. |
