PURPOSE:To eliminate an offset regulation and to improve the accuracy by directly distributing the current of a current source by differential amplifiers of good symmetry, and the adding or subtracting the currents by a current mirror circuit. CONSTITUTION:3-phase signals V1, V2, V3 are input to 3 differential amplifiers 1, 2, and V4, V5, V6 inverted from the signals V1, V2, V3 are input to 3 differential amplifiers 3, 4. The sum of the collector currents of the amplifiers 1, 2 is input to current mirror circuits 7-9, and the sum of the collector currents of the amplifiers 2, 3 and the difference of the outputs of the current mirror circuit 7-9 are 3-phase multiplication outputs M1-M3. Thus, an offset regulation can be unnecessitated, the accuracy is improved, and a 3-phase multiplier adapted for an integration circuit can be obtained. |
