PURPOSE:To detect previously the service break state by providing a controller with a control means which causes an electric field measuring device to measure the electric field of a transmission radio wave of its own station and providing a means, which evaluates the measured result, with a means which transmits an alarm when abnormality is detected in the transmission radio wave of its own station. CONSTITUTION:All monitor procedures are programmed in a central controller 24. An electric field measuring request is sent from the central controller 24 to an electric field measurement controller 21 on a basis of the designation of a channel due to the program. An electric field measuring command is sent to an electric field measuring device 11 from the electric field measurement controller 21 in accordance with this request, and the electric field measuring device 11 performs tuning to the frequency of a pertinent channel 13-1 on a basis of this request and is set to the electric field monitor state to measure the electric field. This measured result is sent back to the field measurement controller 21 and is relayed to the central controller 24 by the field measurement controller 21. The central controller 24 analyzes the result to decide normality or abnormality. |
