PURPOSE:To enable the straining of a large amount of a material without troubles not causing the heating of the product, by using a receiving cylinder having U-shaped cross-section and furnished with a number of perforations, placing a roll in the cylinder via a shaft, and connecting the shaft to a driving apparatus to receiprocally rotate the roll. CONSTITUTION:A roll 4 is placed via a shaft 5 in a receiving cylinder 2 having U-shaped cross-section and furnished with a number of perforations 3, and the shaft 5 is connected to a driving temperature to reciprocally rotate the roll 4. Since there is no heat-generation part in the present straining apparatus, the heating of the product can be prevented. The wide-angle reciprocal motion together with the escape mechanism enables the straining of a large amount of material without troubles. The cleaning of the apparatus after use can be carried out to the corners by reversing the rotation of the roll with a worm wheel mechanism. |
