PURPOSE:To restrain twist fastening of a seat belt by providing a support means for supporting movably the intermediate portion of the seal belt at one end side of the seat belt which supporting means is interlocked with the operation of a retractor through a connecting member. CONSTITUTION:While anchor plates 7, 9 are mounted on both ends of a seat belt 3, a through anchor plate 11 as support means for supporting movably the seat belt 3 is provided in the intermediate portion of the sat belt. The upper plate 7 and the through anchor plate 11 are fixed to the upper portion of a center pillar 1 by a bolt 13 and the lower anchor plate 9 with together a retractor 5 is fixed to a side sill 17 of a car body by a bolt 15. A folded-back portion 19 of the seat belt 3 between both anchor plates 7, 11 is provided with a through plate 27, on which is mounted one end of a connecting member 23 like wire having the other end taken up by the retractor 5. |
