PURPOSE:To prevent floating of an ornamental lip and to produce a buffering effect, by a method wherein a projection, provided on the inner peripheral surface of a lip extension part for decoration is nipped between a sash and a press door panel during mounting of the sash. CONSTITUTION:The window frame of a press door is divided into an upper and a lower part by means of a sash 3 provided at an upper part with a wether strip 1 and at a lower pat with a glass run 2, and window glasses 5 and 6 are attached to the upper and the lower window frame, respectively. In which case, a lip extension part 7 for decoration is attached to an outer lip 1a of the weather strip 1 in a manner to be extended toward an outer lip 2a of the glass run 2. Projections 8 are provided on the inner peripheral surface of the ends of the lip extension part 7 is a position located on a boundary between a sash 3 and a door panel 9, and is nipped between the sash 3 and the door panel 9 during mounting of the sash. This enables an ornamental lip to be prevented from floating and permits a buffering effect to be produced between the sash 3 and the door panel 9. |
