PURPOSE:To prevent flocculation of a developer in its container and to enable it to move smoothly by installing a stirring bar for repeating swinging motion on the same arc in the container. CONSTITUTION:A sleeve 2A is rotated with a gear 8a driven with a drive source, and since a cylinder 8b united with the gear 8a is located eccentrically from the center of the gear 8a by a prescribed length, the rotating motion of the gear 8a is converted into the reciprocating motion of a link 9. Since it is connected to a screw 10b set eccentrically to a boss 10a, this motion is converted into the swinging motion of the boss 10a and the stirring bar 6 is allowed to swing on the pivot 7 for fixing the boss 10a, thus permitting the bar 6 to execute pendulum swing, as shown in the arrows A, B, on the arc line along the bottom of the developer container 3, and to prevent the developer from flocculation due to impact. |
