ENCLOSED LEAD STORAGE BATTERY

摘要

PURPOSE:To suppress increase of PH in the plate while to improve the recovery performance of charging capacity after self-discharge and the battery performance by inserting a synthetic resin net into the interface between a separator and a plate thereby increasing the electrolyte holding force. CONSTITUTION:Single positive plate 1 comprised of Pb-Ca alloy grid filled with paste and two negative plates 2 filled with paste are assembled through U-shaped separator 3. While a synthetic resin net 4 made of polypropylene is inserted into the interface between the positive plate 1 and the separator 3. Consequently, the battery performance and the self-discharging performance can be improved.
